RAFAEL Final Conference - Zamora 10th & 11th October 07
The RAFAEL project's final conference took place in Zamora, Spain on the 10th & 11th October 07. Over 80 delegates attended from all of the RAFAEL regions, including politicians, civil servants and authentic producers.
The project's partners shared what they have done and what they have learnt from taking part in the project. In addition, delegates discussed the next steps for the project and agreed recommendations to help support the authentic food sector.
After the conference, Zamora hosted Ecocultura, a trade fair of organic products from Spain and Portugal. RAFAEL had a stand at the fair with a display of authentic food from the Atlantic regions and lots of information.
