A project for the Coasts of Armor

The General Council of the Coasts of Armor is implied in program RAFAEL, the framework of its policy of sustainable development of agriculture.

Appetit, as a partner of the General Council, works with the implementation of the program in the department of the Coasts of Armor.

(APPETIT gathers, the CEDAPA, the GAB of Armor, Biopôle and the FRCIVAM Brittany) 

 Developing local supplies chains

Appetit is an inter-association. It joins together associations of producers and actors of the local development which share the same values of respect of the man and the environment and which believes in the relevance of the local scale to act. Together, they have the will to set up a local supply chain of food production and marketing of proximity and quality.

Initially, Appétit concentrates its work on collective catering. With the canteens of the schools, health establishments, elderly people's care homes, and the staff canteens, collective catering offers a lot of opportunities and has a lot of buying power.
