Promoting authentic food and developing supply links

The project is working to increase the amount of authentic food that is produced and sold within the region to local people, visitors and local businesses and public bodies. This will be done by promoting the concept of authentic food and developing local supply links.

Trade between regions

The project will offer the opportunity to purchase a range of authentic produce from other RAFAEL regions. Trade links will be developed between authentic producer groups and other food businesses.
