A wide range of delicious ‘authentic’ products 

All of the regions involved in the RAFAEL project have a wide range of delicious ‘authentic’ products; meat products – lamb, beef, pork, poultry; fresh and preserved fruit, vegetables, herbs and olive oil; cow, sheep and goat dairy products; bread, pastries and confectionery; seafood and fish products; drinks – juices, wines, beers, cider and perry; preserves and honey.

 

All of the products have been produced and processed in a way that respects the RAFAEL Charter and these ‘authentic’ products bring a number of benefits to the consumer and the producer. Some are very traditional and have a long heritage and others are more innovative, seeking new ways of adding value to raw materials. All of the products are very much linked to the place of production, some having official regional identification and protected origin status.
